摘要

采用X射线荧光光谱法测定银精矿中的铜、铁、金、银、砷、铅、锌、锑、铋、硒、碲11种元素含量.通过试验,确定样片压力、光管电流、电压及校正元素等工艺和仪器参数,优化了测量条件.通过将所选标准样品中梯度分布不均匀的硒、银、金、铅、铋五个元素的含量梯度配制相对均匀,经经验α系数校正基体效应、谱线重叠校正谱线干扰等修正方式使校正曲线线性良好.试验数据表明样品分析的相对标准偏差(RSD)在0.001%~0.019%之间,该方法测定结果与化学分析法结果符合性较好.该方法样品预处理简单,分析范围广且速度快,分析结果精密度高,准确性好,检出限低,能够满足金银冶炼中对银精矿快速分析的要求.

Abstract

Eleven element's content(copper,iron,gold,silver,arsenic,lead,zinc,antimony,bismuth,selenium,tellurium)in silver concentrate is determined by X-ray fluorescent spectrometry.It confirmed the pressure of sheet samples,fluorescent,tube current,voltage,correction element,and other process parameters,as well as instrument parameters.The measuring conditions were optimized.The element contents of selenium,silver,gold,lead,and bismuth in the selected standard samples have an uneven gradient distribution.The content gradient was adjusted relatively uniformly by the gradient formulation.The matrix effects were adjusted by α empirical coefficient correction.The spectral line interference was adjusted by spectra overlap correction.The correction curve has good linearity.The experimental data show that the relative standard deviation(RSD)of analyzed samples is between 0.001%~and 0.019%.The method's measuring results and the chemical analysis results are in good conformance.The method is simple,the analysis range is wide and the analysis speed is fast,the analysis results have high precision and good accuracy,its detection limit is low,and it can meet the fast analysis requirements of silver concentrate in gold and silver smelting.
