甲醇管道输送技术发展现状及挑战

[目的]甲醇作为一种可再生、绿色的燃料,具有广阔的应用前景,但甲醇长距离管道输送技术在实际应用中还较为少见.[方法]对甲醇管道长距离输送技术的可行性及其面临的挑战开展了相关调研,收集了国内外甲醇输送管道的案例,梳理了甲醇长距离输送的工艺和设备要求,分析了甲醇输送过程中可能存在的安全风险,总结了工业甲醇管道规范标准建设的现状,厘清了甲醇长输管道目前存在的问题,并展望了其未来的发展方向.[结果]甲醇作为一种绿色燃料,在长距离管道输送方面展现出显著的应用前景.然而,实际技术实施过程中面临多项挑战,包括甲醇的物理化学特性对系统设计的特殊要求,如输送流速控制、设备选型等.同时,需要重点关注腐蚀、溶胀、泄漏及爆炸等安全风险.当前关于甲醇输送的实践案例有限,其整体技术的标准化和规范化水平有待提高.[结论]要实现甲醇管道输送技术的商业化和规模化应用,需系统性地解决技术和安全方面的各项挑战,包括提高甲醇纯度、优化输送工艺、选择适宜的耐腐蚀与抗溶胀材料,同时制定全面的安全标准和紧急响应策略.未来应加强基础科学研究和技术创新,建立完善的管理体制、政策支持框架,以确保甲醇管道输送的安全运行、经济效益及环境可持续性.(图2,表2,参29)
Current status and challenges in technology development for methanol pipeline transmission
[Objective]Methanol,a renewable and green fuel,holds significant potential for broad applications.However,its long-distance pipeline transmission technology remains underutilized in practical scenarios.[Methods]This study investigated the feasibility and existing challenges of long-distance methanol pipeline transmission technology.Through a comprehensive examination of cases involving methanol transmission pipelines in China and abroad,this research reviewed process and equipment requirements,while analyzing potential safety risks during transmission.The study also assessed the current development status of industrial standards and specifications in this field and highlighted the challenges hindering the widespread adoption of this technology.Additionally,future development trends were anticipated based on the study results.[Results]This study not only highlighted the promising application prospects of methanol as a green fuel in long-distance pipeline transmission but also unveiled the challenges faced in its implementation.Specific focus was given to system design requirements to accommodate the unique physical and chemical characteristics of methanol,such as flow rate control and equipment selection.Safety risks,including corrosion,swelling,leakage,and explosion,were also emphasized.Moreover,the study stressed the need for overall improvement in technology standards and specifications due to the limited number of practical methanol transmission cases.[Conclusion]To achieve the commercialization and large-scale implementation of methanol pipeline transmission technology,it is essential to tackle technical and safety challenges systematically.Key considerations include enhancing methanol purity,optimizing the transmission process,and selecting suitable corrosion-resistant and swelling-resistant materials.Besides,it is also imperative to establish comprehensive safety standards and emergency response strategies.This study recommends strengthening fundamental scientific research,fostering technological innovation,and establishing robust management systems and policy frameworks to ensure safe operations,economic benefits,and environmental sustainability in methanol transportation technology applications.(2 Figures,2 Tables,29 References)
