长柱塞短泵筒注采一体化管式泵的优化设计

摘要
常规机采井管式泵因其结构特点不适用于注氮气驱油作业,易造成卡泵、套漏,增加修井成本,影响生产时效.通过分析注气腐蚀结垢的机理,并在常规抽油泵的基础上创新的研发出了一种可注气并且能防垢的长柱塞短泵筒注采一体化管式泵,在泵筒上设置注气孔,注气期间下放柱塞露出泵筒上的注气孔,柱塞始终放在泵筒内,使注入的氮气和流体不与柱塞、泵筒直接接触,并且设计的长柱塞、短泵筒结构可避免垢物落入泵筒内,达到防垢的效果.该工艺在塔河油田现场成功试验15 井次,平均单井注气量为 150×104 m3,注气、生产均正常.该工艺结构简单,可同时满足注气和提液需求,具有很高的应用前景.
Abstract
Conventional tubing pumps used in machine-driven wells are not suitable for nitrogen injection oil recovery operations due to their structural characteristics,which often result in pump jamming and casing leakage,thereby increasing well workover costs and affecting production efficiency.By analyzing the mechanism of gas corrosion and scaling,an innovative integrated tubing pump with long plunger and short cylinder capable of gas injection and scale prevention was developed based on conventional oil pumps.Gas injection holes are arranged on the pump cylinder,and during gas injection,the plunger is lowered to expose the gas injection holes on the pump cylinder,ensuring that the injected nitrogen and fluid do not directly contact the plunger or pump cylinder.Additionally,the designed structure of the long plunger and short pump cylinder prevents scale from entering the pump cylinder,achieving effect of scale prevention.This technology was successfully tested on 15 wells in the Tahe Oilfield,with an average nitrogen injection volume of 150×104 m3 per well,and both gas injection and production proceeded normally.The technology features a simple structure,and meets both gas injection and fluid lifting requirements simultaneously,which holds a promising application prospect.
