摘要
青海油田南翼山浅层油藏藻灰岩储层Ⅲ+Ⅳ油组剩余油挖潜程度不高,压裂液对储层伤害大导致压后效果差,通过岩石力学分析、暂堵转向机理研究、压裂液体系优化选择,压裂施工参数优化,形成"机械剖面细分层+层间暂堵转向+缝内暂堵转向"组合压裂工艺技术,有效解决老井重复压裂挖潜剩余油程度不高难题.现场试验 8 井次,措施成功率 100%,压后初期平均单井日产液 13.3 m3/d,日产油 3.4 t/d,效果比常规机械分层压裂提高 55%,达到预期增油效果,应用效果显著.该技术对同类型储层压裂改造有很好的借鉴意义.
Abstract
The remaining oil potential tapping of the Ⅲ+Ⅳ oil group in the Nanyishan shallow algal limestone reservoirs in the Qinghai oilfield is not high,and the significant damage caused by fracturing fluid to the reservoirs leads to poor post-fracturing effects.Through rock mechanics analysis,study on temporary plugging and diverting mechanisms,optimal selection of fracturing fluid systems,and optimization of fracturing construction parameters,a combined fracturing technology called"mechanical profile subdivision + interlayer temporary plugging and diverting + intra-fracture temporary plugging and diverting"was developed.This technology effectively addresses the challenge of low remaining oil potential tapping in old repeated fractured wells.Field experiments were conducted in 8 wells,with a success rate of 100%.The initial average daily liquid production for a single well post fracturing was 13.3 m3/d,and daily oil production was 3.4 t/d,achieving a 55%improvement compared to conventional mechanical layered fracturing,meeting the expected oil increase effect,and showing significant application effect.This technology provides a reference significance for fracturing stimulation in similar reservoirs.
