酸性天然气气田井筒管材腐蚀及缓蚀剂筛选

某气田属典型的中等含硫酸性气田,对井筒管材具有潜在的强腐蚀破坏性。在对该气田18口生产井井筒腐蚀进行分类的基础上,室内模拟研究了CO2+模拟地层水及H2S/CO2+模拟地层水介质环境对P110、P110S、P110SS三种管材的腐蚀规律,并筛选出满足该气田防腐需要的缓蚀剂。实验结果表明:三种井下管材在CO2+模拟地层水及H2S/CO2+模拟地层水介质中抗腐蚀性顺序分别为 P110>P110S>P110SS及 P110S>P110SS>P110;当所筛选的ZJ-1、ZJ-2两种抗温性缓蚀剂加入浓度为120~300 mg/L及200 mg/L时,可将三种管材腐蚀速率控制在0.076 mm/a以内,为该气田的安全稳产提供了技术保障。
Abstract
A gas field belongs to the typical medium acidic sulfur gas field. Shaft pipe has serious corrosion destructive potential. Eighteen gas field production wells wellbore corrosion are classified, indoor simulation studies the corrosion law of the CO2+simulated formation water and H2S/CO2+simulated formation water of P110, P110S, P110SS, and screened for meeting the needs of the field corrosion inhibitor. The test results showed that three types of the formation water in CO2+simulated formation water and H2S/CO2+simulation formation water sequence respectively P110>P110S>P110SS and P110S>P110SS>P110;ZJ-1,ZJ-2 added concentration is 120~300 mg/L and 200 mg/L.Three kinds of tubing corrosion rate can be controlled within 0.076 mm/a,that provides technical support for gas safety and stable yield.
