Analysis of Produced Water Quality and Study on Scale Inhibition Technology of a Multi-purpose Station
Due to the requirements of geological conditions and injection water quality,a multi-pur-pose station receives produced water from different Y1 and Y2 formations,and a large number of scale products appear in the produced water treatment equipment,pipeline,and shaft,which affects the normal operation of the multi-purpose station water treatment system.In order to avoid this problem,on the basis of the produced water quality analysis,the compatibility,scaling trend,scale amount,and scale type of produced water at different levels are investigated by Scalechem scaling trend simulation software.The accuracy of simulation results is verified through laboratory experiments.Then different types of scale inhibitors are screened,chemical scale inhibition method and process scale inhibition method are combined to realize compound scale removal technology.The results show that when Y1:Y2=0.6:0.4,the maximum amount of scaling is 366.46 mg/L,and the scaling products are CaCO3 and BaSO4.With the increase of temperature,the scale formation of CaCO3 and SrCO3 increases,while the scale formation of BaSO4 decreases.With the increase of pressure,the scale formation amount of CaCO3 and BaSO4 decreases.When the mixture ratio of DTPMPA:PASP is 1:1,the scale inhibition rate is 94.2%,which shows that the formula exerts the effects of threshold value,chelation solubiliza-tion,and crystal dislocation to the greatest extent.The pipe section 20 m away from the oil zone outlet is an area with low flow rate and easy scaling.Mechanical pigs can be installed to remove scaling prod-ucts regularly.
