基于正交试验的管道环焊缝风险排查方案研究

油气管道环焊缝是管道系统的重要组成部分.近年来,管道环焊缝质量问题日益突显,为保障油气管道安全平稳高效运行,各油气管道管理单位组织开展管道环焊缝风险质量排查,但排查及治理存在工作量大、复评缺陷点位占比不高、排查效率低等问题.为提高风险排查效率,以历史管道环焊缝开挖复拍数据为研究对象,系统性分析其质量影响因素,以提高缺陷焊口开挖准确率为考核指标,引入正交试验法,通过对各类影响因素进行分析比对,识别质量影响的主要因素.分析结果表明,管道环焊缝开挖准确率影响因素敏感度由大至小顺序为:内检测异常程度>施工标段>底片复评等级>焊口类型>变壁厚,通过构建环焊缝开挖优化模型,对进一步提升管道环焊缝排查效率具有指导意义.
Research on Risk Investigation Scheme for Pipeline Girth Welds Based on Orthogonal Experiments
Girth weld of oil and gas pipeline is an important component of the pipeline system.In re-cent years,the quality issue of pipeline girth welds has become increasingly prominent.In order to en-sure the safe,stable,and efficient operation of oil and gas pipelines,various oil and gas pipeline man-agement units have organized risk and quality inspections of pipeline girth welds.However,there are problems of large workload in pipeline girth weld inspection and treatment,low proportion of re-eval-uated defect points,and low inspection efficiency.In order to improve the efficiency of risk inspec-tion,this study takes historical girth weld excavation retest data as the research object,the factors af-fecting the quality of pipeline girth welds are systematically analyzed,takes improving the accuracy of defect welds excavation as the assessment indicator,the orthogonal experimental method is introduced.By analyzing various influencing factors,the main factors that affect the quality of girth welds are identi-fied.The analysis results indicate that the sensitivity of the factors affecting the accuracy of pipeline girth weld excavation is in the order of degree of internal detection anomaly>construction section>level of film repetition>type of weld seam>variable wall thickness.By constructing an optimization model for girth weld excavation,it has guiding significance for further improving the efficiency of pipeline girth weld inspection.
