Evaluating Indicators of Oilfield Station Integrity Management Efficiency
Xinjiang Oilfield stations have carried out relevant work on integrity management such as data collection,risk identification,testing and evaluation,and maintenance.However,there has been no in-depth performance evaluation work,and there are missing items in integrity management,which cannot provide guidance and reference for the integrity management of the station.Based on do-mestic standards for integrity management and efficiency evaluation,this study conducts research on the evaluation indicators and methods of integrity management efficiency in oil and gas field stations,ana-lyzes the applicability of various integrity management standard indicators in Xinjiang Oilfield stations,optimizes the selection of efficiency evaluation elements and indicators suitable for Xinjiang Oilfield,and forms a method for calculating indicator values and grading standards.An efficiency evaluation sys-tem is established for the integrity management of oil and gas field stations from two aspects:efficiency testing and comprehensive efficiency evaluation,and apply it on-site in Xinjiang Oilfield.The on-site application results show that due to the significant differences in the natural environment and design con-ditions of the various stations in A Oilfield,the management difficulty of the stations varies among dif-ferent units,and the input-output situation during operation is different.The evaluation indicators have significant differences in the evaluation results of each station.The improvement suggestions pro-posed based on the evaluation results can enhance the efficiency value of each station,further enhance the level and ability of integrity management of oil and gas field stations,provide guidance for the integ-rity of management work,and form a closed-loop integrity management strategy for Xinjiang Oilfield.
