油田站场设计阶段数字化交付技术应用

设计阶段数字化交付是全生命周期数字化交付的基础,通过对油田站场设计阶段数字化交付实施方法和配套管理措施的研究,初步确定了具有大庆油田特色的设计阶段交付标准和流程.数字化交付的前提条件是全专业三维协同设计,包括工艺、电力、自控专业的系统设计协同和配管、电力、通信、自控等专业的布置设计协同.实施设计阶段数字化交付包含设计交付前平台基础定制、文档交付、工程对象解析、二三维核验和关联关系定制五个步骤.依托油田数字化交付典型站场,对全专业协同设计、设计阶段数字化交付的技术路线、实施步骤、相关配套管理办法进行了介绍,提出了设计阶段交付工作的思路和方法及采购、施工阶段以及生产运维阶段的设想和建议,展望了数字化交付技术发展的前景.
Application of Digital Delivery Technology in the Design Stage of Oilfield Stations
Digital delivery in the design stage is the foundation of the full-life cycle digital delivery.Through the study of the implementation method and supporting management measures for digital de-livery in the design stage of oilfield stations,design stage delivery standards and processes with Daqing Oilfield characteristics are initially established to guide the actual work.All-majors 3D collaborative de-sign is prerequisite for implementing digital delivery,including system design collaboration of process,electricity and control professions,and layout design collaboration of piping,electricity,telecommu-nications and automatic control professions.The design stage digital delivery includes five parts:platform basic settings before design delivery,document delivery,project object analysis,two and three dimen-sional checking,and associated relationship settings.Based on a typical station of oilfield digital deliv-ery,this paper introduces the technical route,implementation steps,related supporting management methods of collaborative design across all professions,and digital delivery in the design stage.The ideas and methods for the delivery work during the design stage,as well as ideas and suggestions for the pro-curement,construction,production,and operation stages are proposed,and the development pros-pects of digital delivery technology are prospected.
