Application of Improving Desulphurization Sulfur Capacity Based on TRIZ Theory in Hy-drogen Sulfide Storage
Aiming at the problem of low desulfurization sulfur capacity of X hydrogen sulfide under-ground gas storage in China,the theory of inventive problem solving(TRIZ)is used to design the treatment system of hydrogen sulfide in natural gas.By analyzing the components of the hydrogen sulfide treatment system,and identifying their corresponding relationships,the functional model diagram of the components is drawn.The causal analysis of the current system is carried out to find out the two key shortcomings that caused the problem and convert them into two key problems for solving.Finally,seven solutions are obtained by using the two core tools of TRIZ theory,conflict resolution and sub-stance-field model.Using the method and tools in TRIZ theory,combined with the actual situation of hydrogen sulfide gas storage,the innovative principle of No.3-local mass is applied,and an optimal solution is obtained,which is the layered alternating filling method of"inert ceramic balls+activated car-bon+desulfurizer"in the desulfurization tower.TRIZ theory is applied to improve the desulfurization sulfur capacity of hydrogen sulfide gas storage,which provides a new idea and method for safe and effi-cient operation of similar gas storage in the future.
