Analysis of Factors Affecting Carbon Emissions in Oilfield Heating Furnace Production
A heating furnace is one of the main equipment for energy consumption and carbon emis-sions in oilfield production. The carbon emissions during its production process are an indispensable part of the carbon emission accounting of oilfield enterprises, directly affecting the overall economic and so-cial benefits of the oilfield.A carbon emission accounting model for oilfield heating furnaces is estab-lished based on the material balance algorithm and the Accounting Methods and Reporting Guidelines for Greenhouse Gas Emissions of Chinese Petroleum and Natural Gas Production Enterprises.Based on the monitoring data of carbon emissions from oilfield heating furnace production, the effects of load rate, exhaust gas temperature, thermal efficiency, excess air coefficient, environment and surface temperature difference, and furnace internal pressure on carbon emissions from heating furnace produc-tion are qualitatively and quantitatively analyzed based on heating furnace efficiency. The impacts of pro-duction requirements, fuel properties, and furnace efficiency on carbon emissions during the produc-tion process of heating furnaces are analyzed.Among them, heating furnace efficiency is a key opera-tional factor that affects carbon emissions in heating furnace production. The analysis of factors affecting carbon emissions from oilfield heating furnace production provides a reference basis for carbon verifica-tion and evaluation in oilfield production, and assists in the construction of"green oilfields".
