直流自持供电模式在海上边际气田开发的应用研究

针对井数少、依托距离远的边际油气田,供电方案的解决是经济开发的主要制约因素之一.以海上某边际气田开发为例,鉴于平台对安全、控制以及通讯系统的供电必不可少且总用电负荷很小,多为可靠性要求较高的直流电负荷,因此采用直流发电机组自持供电方案,并配有备用电池和便携式微型柴油发电机作为备用电源的供电新模式.采用天然气驱动的工艺设备和仪表阀门以及室外型电气设备,不设置电气房间,选用发光二极管(LED)照明等设计优化方案,控制用电负荷.从适用条件、可靠性、燃料形式、功率范围以及自动化程度和防爆设计等角度,针对密闭循环涡轮发电机组(CCVT)和热电偶发电机组(TEG)直流供电方案进行比选研究,并提出新供电模式的应用建议.直流自持供电方案与常规海缆供电相比,节省了升压、降压环节,更加安全可靠,同时减少了系统功率损耗,设备设施投资与安装费用均低于传统的依托供电模式.
Application Research of DC Self-sustaining Power Supply Mode in the Development of Offshore Marginal Gas Fields
For the marginal oil and gas fields with few wells and long distance,the solution of power supply scheme is one of the main restrictions for economically development.Taking the development of a marginal offshore gas field as an example,in view of the indispensable power supply of the platform for safety,control and communication system,and the small total power consumption load,most of which are DC loads requiring high reliability,a new power supply mode using DC generator unit self-sustaining power supply scheme with a backup battery and a portable micro diesel generator as a backup power supply is proposed.Process equipment and instrument valves driven by natural gas are used,outdoor electrical equipment is selected,no electrical room is set,and LED lighting is selected to con-trol the power load.From the perspectives of applicable conditions,reliability,fuel form,power range,degree of automation,and explosion-proof design,a comparison of DC power supply schemes for Closed Cycle Vaple Turbogenerator(CCVT)and Thermoelectric Generator(TEG)is car-ried out,and application suggestions for the new power supply mode are proposed.Compared with traditional submarine cable power supply,DC self-sustaining power supply scheme saves step-up and stepdown steps,is more secure and reliable,and reduces power loss of the system.The investment and installation cost of equipment and facilities are lower than that of traditional power supply mode.
