Typical Problems and Countermeasures for the Application of Gas Field Process Con-trol and Safety Interlocking System
Under the background of informatization and digitalization,oil and gas field enterprises have gradually realized automatic production.Process control and safety interlocking are important means to realize automatic production and ensure safety,which are applied more and more widely.In combination with the production management mode and safety risk characteristics of oil and gas field en-terprises,it is proposed that the process control and safety interlocking system has such typical problems as redundancy of control level,unclear function positioning,low reliability of key equipment,inade-quate closed-loop management of alarm data,etc.By defining the control level through the control unit object,optimizing the configuration screen for"oil company"flat management function require-ments,and setting redundant for control components of key equipment,the reliability and perfor-mance of the equipment can be improved.As well as,the cyclic analysis and processing of alarm data from parameter setting,state dynamic suppression,and equipment fault state can solve the production alarm flood phenomenon.The unified level division rules and control logic ideas of gas field process con-trol and safety interlocking system are formulated,and the recommendation process of alarm data col-lection,analysis and disposal is established.The performance of process control and safety interlocking system is improved,alarm rate is reduced,and safety production reliability is greatly improved,which can provide a reference for the deepening construction of digital gas field and production management application.
