With the transformation of oilfields from traditional high-energy-consuming production mode to green and low-carbon mode,CCUS-EOR technology has gradually become a new direction for technological research and application.In CO2 flooding produced liquid,the combination of high concentration of CO2 with water can cause certain corrosion to carbon steel pipes and equipment in the gathering and transportation system,and reduce the service life of pipes and equipment.In order to solve the corrosion problem of the gathering and transportation system,and reduce the construction in-vestment,through indoor simulation experiments,the corrosion characteristics of each node of the CO2 flooding gathering and transportation system are defined.Through the analysis of corrosion data from on-site monitoring of gathering and transportation nodes such as oil wells,oil gathering pipe-lines,metering rooms,oil transfer stations,and multi-purpose stations,it is proved that the higher the CO2 content,the stronger the corrosiveness.At the same time,the corrosion characteristics of car-bon steel,stainless steel,bi-metal,glass fiber reinforced plastic,composite pipe,and other materials under the CO2 flooding gathering and transportation conditions are verified.The suitable anti-corrosion techniques such as material,coating,and corrosion inhibitor are put forward.Since 2014,it has been applied in Block S16 of Y Oilfield,which has a good anti-corrosion effect,greatly reduces construc-tion investment,and has certain promotion and application value.
