油田生产指挥中心管理平台的搭建与构想

朝阳沟油田面临着辖区面积大、井区分布零散、管理难度大、人力成本高等实际问题.为有效促进油田管理水平提升,逐步实现由数字化油田向"智慧油田"迈进,通过分析朝阳沟油田数字化建设的现状,结合油田实际,基于物联网、云计算、人工智能等技术,提出了朝阳沟油田生产指挥中心管理平台的建设方案.实施完成迁移工程和改造工程后,实现油田生产调度、电力调度、雷达监控中心等生产数字化系统整合.设计了涵盖生产管理、上位机监控、机采管理、工业安全等子系统于一体的生产管理平台,实现油田生产数据和视频监控信息汇聚、分析、预警和管理功能.平台运行后将满足油田不同层级用户在统一系统中开展管理与决策,对提高管理水平、减少用工总量、节约人力资本、促进油田高质量发展具有重要意义.
Construction and Conception of the Management Platform of Oilfield Production Com-mand Center
Chaoyanggou Oilfield faces the practical problems of large area,scattered well areas,diffi-culty in management,and high labor costs.In order to effectively promote the improvement of the oil-field management level,gradually moving from digital oilfield to"smart oilfield",by analyzing the cur-rent situation of the digital construction of Chaoyanggou Oilfield,combining with the actual situation of the oilfield,and based on the technologies of internet of things,cloud computing,and artificial in-telligence,the construction scheme of the production command center management platform of Cha-oyanggou Oilfield is put forward.After the implementation of the relocation project and transformation project,the integration of digital production systems such as oilfield production dispatching,power dispatching,and radar monitoring center will be realized.A production management platform covering production management,upper computer monitoring,machine acquisition management,industrial safety and other subsystems is designed to realize the functions of oilfield production data and video sur-veillance information convergence,analysis,warning,and management.After the operation,the platform will meet the needs of different levels of users in the oilfield to carry out management and deci-sion-making in a unified system,which is of great significance to improve the management level,re-duce the total amount of labor,save human capital,and promote the high-quality development of the oilfield.
