The management of oil and gas field infrastructure projects is a systematic work that involves multiple units,departments,and personnel.Under the traditional mode,basic work information communication and business transactions have low efficiency,and there is labor waste.The overall op-eration and management of multiple projects are difficult,and there is an urgent need to use informa-tion technology innovation to improve management efficiency and level.By sorting out the basic work content,business processes,and logical relationships throughout the entire cycle of infrastructure proj-ects,this paper analyzes the improvement plan based on the information system from the perspectives of daily information informatization,collaborative office and information sharing,and coordinated opera-tion management.Functional design is carried out from the aspects of project basic information,com-pliance procedures,construction drawing design,material procurement,supplier selection and con-tract,on-site construction,settlement and investment management,completion acceptance,etc.In-formation technology and practical business are effectively integrated,the design and practice of infor-mation systems are completed,and corresponding management innovation and improvement are achieved.With the increasing refinement of project management,implementing digital transformation is a development trend.The integration of information systems and actual business is necessary and feasi-ble,with deeper depth,wider scope,and more complete functions.
