摘要

海上气田群集输管网由气井、海上平台、陆岸终端等单元组成,各单元之间由海底管道连接,既相互独立,又彼此影响.采用LedaFlow、K-Spice对气田群集输管网运行参数进行优化模拟,可以提升集输管网运行效率,降低系统能耗,实现增储上产、提质增效、节能降耗多重目的.模拟和现场测试结果表明,降低海底管线的运行压力,可以降低压缩机能耗,同时,还可降低海底管线上游平台的运行压力,进而降低生产井背压,增加技术可采储量.由此,总结形成一套可复制、易推广的海上气田群集输管网运行参数优化方案,具有很强的实际指导意义.

Abstract

The pipeline network of offshore gas fields consists of gas wells,offshore platforms,on-shore terminals,and other units.Each unit is connected by subsea pipelines,which are both indepen-dent and mutually influential.Using LedaFlow and K-Spice to optimize and simulate the operation pa-rameters of the gathering and transportation pipeline network of gas fields can improve the operation ef-ficiency of the gathering and transportation pipeline network,reduce the system energy consumption,and achieve multiple purposes of increasing storage and production,improving quality and efficiency,and saving energy and reducing consumption.Simulation and field-testing results show that reducing the operating pressure of the subsea pipeline can reduce the compressor's energy consumption.It also can reduce the operating pressure of the upstream platform of the subsea pipeline,thereby reducing the back pressure of the producing well and increasing the technically recoverable reserves.Therefore,a set of replicable and easy to promote optimization schemes for the operation parameters of offshore gas field cluster gathering pipeline network is summarized and formed,which has strong practical guiding signifi-cance.
