油田净化污水改质解决回注水平衡的应用研究

S油田H作业区Q转油站日均生产净化污水1 600 m3,计划将该转油站(C区)的富余净化污水转注至D区,由于两个区块水型不配伍,相互混合易产生结垢,须对两地不同水型混合回注及D区块注水能力进行评价和部署.针对上述问题利用ScaleChem软件,对比不同区块氯化钙和碳酸氢钠水型,并对水质稳定性及水质配伍性进行评价研究,提出了水型改质转输替换清水的处理工艺方法,结合H作业区以碳酸钙结垢为主的实际情况,筛选有机磷酸盐类、咪唑啉类药剂作为改质剂并进行复配,通过控制化学平衡减小化学反应推动力,实现两种不同水型达到化学平衡条件,使结垢消失,水质稳定,配伍性符合回注规范要求,且可以以任意比例混合,满足D区块净化污水改质后侵蚀性二氧化碳质量浓度大于1 mg/L、腐蚀速率小于0.076 mm/a的指标要求,解决了水平衡矛盾及部分压裂用水需求.该研究在油田净化污水改质回注和其他区块稀油集输系统优化领域具有较高的推广应用价值.
Application Research on Modification of Oilfield Purified Sewage to Solve the Balance of Reinjection Water
The daily production of purified sewage at Q Transfer Station in H Operation Area of S Oilfield is 1 600 m3,and it is planned to transfer the surplus purified sewage from Q Transfer Station(Area C)to Area D,but due to the incompatible water types between the two blocks,which are easy to produce large amount of scale when mixed with each other,it is necessary to evaluate and deploy the mixed reinjection of different water types of the two regions and the water injection capacity of Block D.In response to the above issues,ScaleChem software is used to compare the water types of calcium chloride and sodium bicarbonate in different blocks,and to evaluate the stability and compatibility of water quality.A treatment process method of replacing clean water with purified sewage modification and transportation is proposed.Based on the actual situation of calcium carbonate scaling in the H opera-tion area,organic phosphate and imidazoline agents are selected as modifiers and mixed.By controlling the chemical balance,the driving force of chemical reaction can be reduced,and two different water types can reach the condition of chemical balance,the scale can disappear,the water quality is stable,the compatibility can meet the requirement of reinjection standard,and can be mixed in any propor-tion.It meets the requirement of corrosive carbon dioxide>1 mg/L and corrosion rate<0.076 mm/a af-ter modification of purified sewage in Block D,which solves the water balance contradiction,and the demand for partial fracturing water.This study has high promotion and application value in the fields of oilfield purified sewage modification and reinjection,as well as optimization of thin oil gathering and transportation systems in other blocks.
