Study on the Effect of Site Reconstruction and Process Optimization Integration of Wa-ter Injection Station in S Oilfield
With the further development of oilfield, the boundary between water flooding and poly-mer flooding stations in water injection systems will be broken gradually. The operating load rate of a single water injection station is low,and the benefits of combining deep water and ordinary water injec-tion stations are becoming more apparent.Based on the evaluation of the effect of the reconstruction of Nanshi Water Injection Station and New Nanshi Water Injection Station which have been completed in combination with the productivity project,it is proposed to adopt reconstruction and process optimiza-tion integration measures for the 8 water injection stations in S oilfield, which are located close to each other, have been built for a long time, and have serious corrosion and aging of equipment, while en-suring that the reconstruction has less influence on the pressure loss of the water injection pipeline net-work under its jurisdiction. After reconstruction and optimization,4 stations are reduced and 40 em-ployees are optimized to achieve the goal of reducing staff and increasing efficiency,as well as reducing water injection unit consumption. This study has important reference significance for other oil production plants to complete the water injection station reconstruction and process optimization and integration.
