Objective Analysis and Measures for the Treatment of Volatile Organic Compounds in Oilfields
In order to adapt to the situation of air pollution prevention and control during the"14th-Five-Year Plan"period,the emissions of volatile organic compounds in oilfields should be effectively controlled.In response to the current situation of the surface production system of a certain oilfield,considering the complexity of its crude oil production process,and the characteristics of multiple emis-sion points,irregular emissions,and complex components of volatile organic compounds in the oil-field,in accordance with the requirements of GB 39728-2020 Emission standard of air pollutants for onshore oil and gas exploitation and production industry,the analysis and sorting of various links in oil and gas production,gathering and storage are carried out to determine the objects of volatile organic compound treatment,and the corresponding control measures are studied.Among them,the control objects of volatile organic liquid storage and discharge are 4 purified oil storage tanks and 7 settling tanks(water-containing oil)in A Oil Production Plant,the loading and unloading control object is the load-ing system of a certain oil unloading point,and the methane emission control object is one oil pulling point at a certain station.For the storage and emission of volatile organic liquids,measures are taken to recover the enclosed production process in the station.The loading and unloading are carried out using a semi-enclosed loading method with flange quick connectors.The methane emission from the oil pulling point is controlled using gathering and transportation technology.Through the treatment of the above volatile organic compounds in oilfields,the standard emission of methane from the oil pulling point and the storage of volatile organic liquids in a certain oilfield is ensured.
