利用可再生能源发电进行电解水制氢是目前众多氢气来源方案中唯一碳排放量为零的工艺,氢能作为能源的载体和储能的方式,可以与新能源发电很好的结合.胜利油田新能源发电装机约2 900 MW,依托风光发电建设规模,并结合油田生产对电、热的用能需求,发挥氢能在电、气、热多种能源间的载体作用,探索石化炼厂场景下的绿电制氢应用,形成风、光、氢、储等多能耦合技术,打造胜利油田用能现场氢能热电联供的应用场景,推动油田能源消费结构由传统能源向绿色能源转变,实现油田能源转型.
Hydrogen production through water electrolysis using renewable energy is the only process with zero carbon emission in many hydrogen source schemes.Hydrogen energy,as a carrier of energy and a means of energy storage,can be well combined with new energy generation.The installed capaci-ty of new energy power generation in Shengli Oilfield is about 2900 MW.Relying on the scale of wind and photovoltaic power generation construction,combined with the energy demand for electricity and heat in oilfield production,hydrogen energy played a carrier role in various energy sources such as elec-tricity,gas,and heat.The application of green electricity hydrogen production in petrochemical refin-ery scenarios is explored.Wind/photovoltaic/hydrogen/storage and other multi-energy coupling tech-nologies are formed.The application scenario of hydrogen energy co-generation in the energy use site of Shengli Oilfield is created,the energy consumption structure of the oilfield is transformed from tradi-tional energy to green energy,and the energy transformation of the oilfield is realized.
