为全面推广自动焊在中小管径长输管道建设中的应用,通过对自动焊焊接方式的调研和比选,提出采用钨极氩弧自动根焊+外焊机自动焊试验段应用方案.该方案是使用自动钨极氩弧焊工艺实现根焊单面焊双面成形,熔化极单焊丝气体保护下向焊填充盖面的一种焊接工艺,该工艺参数范围大,适用于各种地形,充分发挥了氩弧焊抗风能力强、熔透可靠、缺陷少的优势,减少了人为因素的干扰,实现了高质量自动化的全自动焊接.焊接工艺评定研究结果表明,此种焊接方式符合国标及DEC文件的要求,为中小管径管道自动焊的应用提供了技术储备和支持.同时该焊接方式也为集气管道、二氧化碳输送管道等中小管径高压管道焊接提高焊接质量指明了方向,具有良好的应用前景.
To comprehensively promote the application of automatic welding in the construction of small and medium-sized long-distance pipelines,an application plan of using tungsten argon arc auto-matic root welding + external welding machine automatic welding test section is proposed through re-search and comparison of automatic welding methods.This solution is a welding process that uses auto-matic tungsten argon arc welding technology to achieve root welding double-sided forming with single-sided welding,and gas shielded downward welding with a single melting electrode welding wire to fill the cover surface.This welding process has a wide range of parameters,is suitable for various terrains,fully utilizes the advantages of strong wind resistance,reliable penetration,and few defects of argon arc welding,reduces human interference,and achieves high-quality automated fully automatic welding.The research results of the welding process evaluation indicate that this welding method meets the re-quirements of national standards and DEC documents,providing technical reserves and support for the application of automatic welding of small and medium-sized pipelines.At the same time,this welding method also points out the direction for improving the welding quality of small and medium diameter high-pressure pipelines such as gas gathering pipelines and carbon dioxide transmission pipelines,and has good application prospects.
