随着经济的快速发展,天然气资源的需求量逐年增长,传统的天然气场站生产管理模式存在管理分散、人工成本高、科技化水平低、工作条件差、安全状况差等问题,已很难适应现代天然气行业安全发展的要求,急需进行转型升级.近几十年来,5G、大数据、人工智能、工业互联网等技术快速发展,为数字化无人值守场站建设提供了技术支撑,通过发挥现有智能巡检技术、安防技术、终端设备的智能操控技术,结合天然气场站现有的实际情况,针对性地开展了工艺设备、仪表系统、自控系统等方面的改造,完成了数字化无人值守天然气场站建设实践,实现了天然气场站集中管理、无人值守、自动化运行.数字化无人值守天然气场站建设实践表明,该技术能够解决传统天然气场站生产管理模式的不足,提高场站的安全管理水平,实现天然气场站智能化运行、数字化管理,对天然气场站智能化建设具有一定的借鉴和参考意义.
Discussion and Practice on the Construction of Digital Unattended Natural Gas Stations
With the rapid development of economy,the demand for natural gas resources increases year by year.The traditional production management mode of natural gas stations has some problems,such as scattered management,high labor costs,low level of science and technology,poor working conditions,poor safety conditions,etc.,which is difficult to adapt to the requirements of the safe de-velopment of modern natural gas industry,and is in urgent need of transformation and upgrading.In re-cent decades,5G,big data,artificial intelligence,industrial internet,and other technologies have developed rapidly,providing technical support for the construction of digital unattended natural gas sta-tions.By using the existing intelligent inspection technology,security technology,and intelligent con-trol technology of terminal equipment,combining with the actual situation of the natural gas station,the transformation of process equipment,instrument system,and automatic control system is carried out,the construction practice of digital unattended natural gas stations is completed,and the central-ized management,unattended,and automatic operation of the natural gas station are realized.The construction practice of digital unattended natural gas stations shows that this technology can solve the shortcomings of the traditional natural gas station production management mode,improve the safety management level of the station,realize the intelligent operation and digital management of the natural gas station,which has certain reference significance for the intelligent construction of natural gas stations.
