智能机器人在大港油田西二联站库巡检中的应用与实践

长期以来,油田站库主要以传统人工运维方式进行管理,该种管理方式暴露出巡检效率低下、巡检工作不到位及生产管理落后等问题,造成站库安全隐患不能及时发现并处置.为了进一步优化站库巡检制度、简化工作流程,在大港油田西二联站库搭建了站库智能机器人巡检系统,该系统代替了传统系统工作效率低、成本高、效果差的人工巡检模式.智能机器人巡检系统的应用降低了员工劳动强度、提升了站库工作效率、保障了站库安全生产,有效地提高了油田安全生产的管理水平,为油田智能化生产管理开辟了新的技术路线.
For a long time,the management of oilfield stations and depots has mainly been carried out through traditional manual operation and maintenance methods,which has exposed problems such as low inspection efficiency,inadequate inspection work,and outdated production management,result-ing in the failure to timely detect and correctly handle safety hazards in the stations and depots.In order to further optimize the inspection system of the stations and depots,and simplify the workflow,an in-telligent robot inspection system for the stations and depots has been built in the Xi'er Multi-purpose Station of Dagang Oilfield,replacing the manual inspection mode with low efficiency,high cost,and poor effectiveness.The application of an intelligent robot inspection system reduces the labor intensity of employees,improves the working efficiency of the stations and depots,reduces the safety production risks of the stations and depots,effectively improves the management level of oilfield safety production,and opens up a new technical route for the intelligent production management of the oilfield.
