In response to the issue that the energy efficiency evaluation index,limits,and evaluation methods of the main oilfield production systems are not fully applicable to Daqing Oilfield,according to the work content,the oilfield production system is divided into three subsystems:artificial lift,gath-ering and transportation,and water injection.Based on the correlation of energy consumption,the oil-field production system is divided into two subsystems:artificial lift-gathering and transportation,and water injection.For the division of these two subsystems,the energy efficiency evaluation index systems are established separately.The energy efficiency evaluation indices are divided into three levels:system level,unit level,and equipment level.The definition,calculation method,basic parameter sources,and statistical caliber of various index in the system are determined.Based on the actual situation of Daq-ing Oilfield,the test data is grouped according to the type of mining block and oil displacement method etc.Statistical methods are used to determine the excellent and qualified limits of each energy efficiency index.A weighted energy efficiency comprehensive evaluation method for oilfield production systems has been established,which considers system efficiency or system unit consumption and their influenc-ing factors.While the system level indices are mainly included with a larger weight,the main influenc-ing factors are also included with a smaller weight.This method not only requires system level index,but also puts forward requirements for unit level and equipment level index,so as to analyze and evalu-ate the improvement space of the evaluated system energy efficiency.This evaluation method is applied to comprehensively evaluate the energy efficiency of 6 artificial lift systems,1 gathering and transporta-tion system,and 1 artificial lift-gathering and transportation system.
