摘要

在长输管道施工过程中不可避免需要进行顶管穿越.穿越深度较大时,顶管工作井和管道发送沟的制作受地质条件影响较大,如施工区域地下水位高、土质软弱,采用常规开挖加钢板桩(横撑)支护的发送沟模式存在土体侧压力过大导致支护体系变形垮塌的风险.通过某项目铁路顶管穿越工程的设计及施工情况,对比分析多种管道发送方式,提出了一种灌注桩加高压旋喷桩止水帷幕支护,内部冠梁、腰梁加内支撑的基坑结构体系作为管道发送及接收井,并成功完成了管道发送,同时可为类似高水位、软弱地质条件中顶管管道发送方式的选择、设计及施工提供参考.

Abstract

During the construction of long-distance pipelines,it is inevitable to carry out pipe jacking and crossing.When the crossing depth is large,the fabrication of pipeline jacking working wells and pipeline sending ditches is greatly affected by geological conditions.When the underground water level in the construction area is high and the soil is weak,the excavation of the sending ditch with steel sheet piles(cross bracing)supports may lead to the risk of deformation and collapse of the support system due to excessive soil lateral pressure.Based on the design and construction of a certain railway pipeline jack-ing crossing project,and by comparing and analyzing various pipeline sending methods,this paper pro-poses a foundation pit structure system of cast-in-place pile plus high-pressure jet grouting pile water stop curtain support,internal crown beam and waist beam plus internal support,as the pipeline sending and receiving well,and the pipelinesending is successfully completed.This paper provides a reference for the selection,design,and construction of the pipeline sending method for pipeline jacking in simi-lar high water levels and weak geological conditions.
