Exploration and Practice of Standardized Construction for Emergency Repair of Oil and Gas Pipelines
In order to improve the safety management level of oil and gas pipeline emergency repair teams,improve the quality and efficiency of emergency repair operations,and achieve high-quality development of oil and gas pipeline emergency repair business,the construction of a standardized emer-gency repair system has become an effective way to solve this problem.Based on summarizing the busi-ness characteristics and management experience of oil and gas pipeline emergency repair teams,a stan-dardized construction scheme for oil and gas pipeline emergency repair is summarized,which includes three aspects:emergency repair management,emergency repair operations,and visual image of emer-gency repair.Among them,standardization of emergency repair management includes five standardiza-tion aspects:emergency repair teams,equipment,materials,contingency plans,and operation man-agement.Standardization of emergency repair operations includes four standardization aspects:emergen-cy response procedures,on-site treatment processes,operation steps,and equipment assembly.Stan-dardization of emergency repair visual image includes three aspects:general visual image,work location visual image,and on-site arrangement of emergency repair and hot work operations.Practice result proves that the standardized construction of emergency repair is an important measure to improve the safety management level of oil and gas pipeline emergency repair teams,and can provide important guarantees for the growing demand of emergency repair for oil and gas pipelines.
