随着海外油田区块的开发,油田企业投资建设燃气轮机电站,将伴生气转化为油田生产所需的电能.由于规划中的天然气处理厂尚未建成,伴生气处理装置还不完善,伴生气含杂质多,经常出现天然气调压橇压力失调故障,直接影响燃气轮机安全运行.通过对两个不同厂商天然气调压橇的构成及调压阀工作原理的分析,分别提出采用油田伴生气调压橇的改造方案和厂商提供的指挥器装配错误修正方法,可保证燃气轮机在加速控制、一次调频、孤岛模式等工况下,天然气调压橇调整压力迅速、平稳,为海外油田区块原油产量上产稳产提供了技术支撑.
Failure Analysis and Treatment of Natural Gas Regulator Skid
With the development of overseas oilfield blocks,petroleum enterprises have invested in the construction of gas turbine power stations to convert the associated gas into electric energy for oil-field production.Because the planned natural gas processing plant has not been built,the associated gas processing device is not perfect,the associated gas contains many impurities,the pressure failure of nat-ural gas regulator skid often occurs,which directly affects the safe operation of gas turbines.Through the analysis of the structure of natural gas regulator skid and the principle of the regulator valve from two different manufacturers,a modification scheme of using oilfield associated gas regulating skid,and the correction method of assembly error of the pilot valve provided by the manufacturer are put forward re-spectively,which can ensure natural gas regulator skid to regulate gas pressure quickly and steadily for the gas turbine in acceleration control,primary frequency control,island mode and so on.It provides technical support for increasing and stabilizing crude oil production in overseas oilfield blocks.
