Design Technology of Box-type Skid-mounted Plant for Small-scale Oilfield Stations
In order to improve the visual image of small-scale stations in oilfields,meet the new func-tional needs of the user unit for skid-mounted plant,and promote the technological progress of the de-sign of skid-mounted plant,based on the design of small-scale stations in oilfields,the existing skid-mounted plant design technology is upgraded in terms of architectural appearance,maintenance system materials,structure,structural form,and other aspects,and a new technology for designing box skid-mounted plant has been formed.This technology adopts the box shape of a flat roof and a high-wave exterior decorative panel on the architectural type,and eliminates the slope roof and eaves.The appear-ance of the building is simple and modern,which improves the visual image of the small-scale skid-mounted plant.The wall and roof enclosure system adopts an inner and outer double-layer enclosure system.The basic composition of the system from the outside to the inside is that the outer layer of 2 mm thick high-wave profiled metal sheet,the inner layer of 100 mm thick colored profiled metal rock wool sandwich panel.The overall stiffness of the outer high-wave profiled metal sheet is large,and the sealing as well as waterproof and decoration effects are good.The core of the inner colored pro-filed metal rock wool sandwich panel is dense,the bond between the surface and core is strong,and the plate surface is flat,which achieves the effect of fire prevention,thermal insulation,sound absorp-tion,sound insulation,interior wall decoration integration,and conforms to requirements of prefabri-cation and assembly.The building energy-saving design method is optimized,while ensuring the basic functional use and indoor environmental quality of the building.Determining the optimal thickness of the roof,wall,and ground insulation layer can achieve the maximum energy-saving effect and save construction investment.The development of new skid-mounted plant design technology is to meet the requirements of the construction of small-scale stations in oilfields in the future.
