由于国内关于超临界/密相CO2管道输送的工程应用几乎为零,也无针对性的管材选择标准规范,因此,对CCUS-EOR全产业链地面工程技术体系与建设模式取得成果进行归纳总结,论述了CO2 管道管材选择标准的适用性和HFW钢管、SMLS钢管及SAWL钢管的差异性及对CO2管道输送的适应性,对CO2管道输送的管材选择提出以下建议:CCUS-EOR管道具有难止裂、泄漏后温降大、易腐蚀等特点,管材应具有优良低温性能、较高止裂韧性和耐腐蚀性;虽然国内外CO2 管道输送还未形成具有科学性、全面性和系统性的标准体系,但可借鉴传统的石油、天然气管道材料和施工做法;管材选择的关键是钢管技术指标对使用要求的满足性,要综合考虑管材的价格、性能、冲击韧性等因素以及对工程条件的适应性.
Research on Pipe Material Selection for CCUS-EOR Pipeline Project
In view of the domestic engineering application of supercritical/dense phase CO2 pipeline transportation is almost zero,and there is no targeted standard specification for pipe selection,based on the summary of the achievements of the ground engineering technology system and construction mode of the whole CCUS-EOR industry chain,the applicability of CO2 pipe selection criteria,the differ-ences of HFW steel pipe,SMLS steel pipe and SAWL steel pipe,and their adaptability to CO2 pipe transportation are emphatically discussed,and some suggestions are put forward for the selection of CO2 pipe transportation.CCUS-EOR pipe has the characteristics of hard to stop cracking,large tempera-ture drop after leakage,easy corrosion,etc.The pipe should have good low-temperature perfor-mance,high crack arrest toughness,and corrosion resistance.Although there is no scientific,compre-hensive,and systematic standard system for CO2 pipeline transportation at home and abroad,tradition-al oil and gas pipeline materials and construction practices can be used for reference.The key to pipe se-lection is whether the technical index of steel pipe can meet the requirements of use,factors such as pipe price,performance,impact toughness,and adaptability to engineering conditions need to be comprehensively considered.
