Research and Application of Airtight Mixed Transportation Technology for Multiphase Flow in Oilfields
In order to realize the process simplification and optimization,airtight and skid-mounted of oilfield gathering and transportation station,stop using some old and high energy consumption equipment,and realize the simplification and degradation of the station to the maximum extent with no or few people on duty,research and application of multiphase flow airtight mixed transportation tech-nology are carried out.The technology pressurizes and transports the oil,gas,and water mixed media at the same time by using the centrifugal double-chamber mixed transportation device.It realizes the airtight mixed transportation of multiphase flow,and integrates the functions of oil gathering,meter-ing,pressurizing,and automatic control at the same time,forms a skid-mounted device,and realizes the use of"skid instead of station"for airtight gathering and transportation.The technical problems such as low efficiency,easy damage,and limited gas content of traditional oil-gas mixed transportation pump are effectively solved.After the trial application of multiphase flow airtight mixed transportation technology in two oil transfer stations,the original metering valve group,oil storage tank,oil pump,and other process equipment are stopped,and the unattended mode is adopted,airtight mixed trans-portation,automatic metering and control are successfully realized.The results show that the application of this technology in oil transfer stations can realize airtight gas-liquid mixed transportation,process simplification and optimization,and reduce the oil and gas loss,achieve the purpose of station degrada-tion,reducing staff and increasing efficiency,which has considerable economic and social benefits.
