Research on the Transition Layer Treatment Technology of Ternary Produced Liquid Electric Dehydrator
Due to the high content of mechanical impurities in the ternary produced liquid,severe emulsification of oil and water,and enhanced stability,a stable transition layer is formed between the oil and water interfaces,which has the characteristic of high conductivity,resulting in a decrease in the processing efficiency of crude oil dehydration equipment and difficulties in the smooth operation of the electric dehydrator.In order to improve the stability of the dehydration system,the treatment methods of the intermediate layer in composite flooding are focused,the formation and stability mechanism of the transition layer is clarified,efficient inhibitors for the transition layer are innovatively developed.The enrichment of the transition layer in the electric dehydrator is reduced from the source to ensure the smooth operation of the electric dehydrator.At the same time,the water discharge problem of the elec-tric dehydrator is significantly improved,the treatment difficulty of downstream sewage stations is effec-tively reduced.In addition,in order to achieve three-phase separation of oil,water,and solid in the transition layer,and completely stripped from the system,a reduction treatment technology of"abla-tion sedimentation,temperature increase centrifugation"has been formed.After treatment,the water content in the oil is less than 0.3%,which can meet the requirements for external blending.By imple-menting special treatment technology for transition layers,the smooth operation of the dehydration sys-tem is effectively ensured,and the quality and quantity of exported crude oil are guaranteed.
