Detection Methods for Key Items of Boiler and Heating Furnace Interlocking Device
In order to test and verify the effectiveness of safety interlock protection devices for boilers and heating furnaces in use in oil and gas fields,and ensure the integrity and intrinsic safety of equip-ment during the operation of boilers and heating furnaces,key items of their safety interlock protection devices have been sorted out.And based on the working principle of the remote control system of the safety interlock protection device and the transmission method of signals for various key items on site,direct detection methods or simulated detection methods are used to change the remote transmission sig-nals of on-site interlocking devices,so as to verify whether the safety interlocking is effective and achieve action response.Through theoretical analysis and research on the feasibility and applicability of the two methods,as well as field practice,verification,and summary in Xinjiang Oilfield,the results prove that direct or simulated detection method can be used to verify the effective operation of key items of the safety interlock protection device for boilers and heating furnaces in use in oil and gas fields,and that the results are safe and reliable.In recent years,through this method,more than 1 200 in-service boiler and heating furnace safety interlock protection devices have been tested and verified in Xinjiang Oilfield,providing assurance for the intrinsically safe operation of the equipment,as well as providing technical guidance for the safe and effective operation of other in-service boiler and heating furnace safe-ty interlock protection devices in oil and gas fields.
