Simulation and Analysis of Gathering and Transportation Laws for Feed-through Elec-trical Heating Pipelines
With the further development of peripheral oilfields and the continuous exploitation of scat-tered blocks, the technology of feed-through electrical heating has been widely used.Since the law of fluid flow and heat transfer in the pipeline after the wire is inserted is not clear, the site mainly relies on keeping the electric heating system running at high power to ensure the safe transmission of crude oil,and the energy consumption is seriously wasted.Regarding the annular structure of the feed-through electrical heating pipeline, based on the law of conservation of mass, momentum, and energy, the friction and heating effects caused by wire insertion into the pipeline are analyzed, and the steady state temperature and pressure calculation model of the pipeline is established.Combined with the intelligent algorithm to check the friction resistance and the total heat transfer coefficient, the accurate calculation of the water thermal parameters along the pipeline under different power is realized. The effects of water content, transmission volume, starting point temperature, power, and heating mode on tempera-ture,pressure,temperature maintenance power, and temperature maintenance energy consumption of feed-through electrical heating pipeline are analyzed. The model is validated using actual pipeline field test data from Daqing Oilfield. The results indicate an average pressure error of 7%,and an average tem-perature error of 4.16%.It proves to be instructive for production and essentially meets production re-quirements.In addition, increasing the transmission volume helps save energy and reduce consumption.Maintaining a consistent temperature throughout the entire pipeline is the most energy-efficient operat-ing mode.
