川南页岩气有巨大勘探开发潜力,资源丰富的深层页岩气区块将成为"十四五"页岩气上产主力区.随着川南地区页岩气田持续快速规模上产,在页岩气田标准化体系的实践应用中,逐渐出现井口节流阀易损坏、平台设备投资高、除砂器效率低、部分位置易失效等问题.通过井口压力精细控制、改变计量方式、降低设备设计压力、改进除砂器性能、关键部位管件选型优化等措施,对页岩气标准化地面流程进行优化简化,推出了井口精细控压、两相流不分离除砂计量工艺.该工艺可有效降低系统故障率、提高运行稳定性、降低地面建设投资、提高单井EUR,为页岩气的高效、低成本开发提供了新思路.
Research on Ground Process Flow Optimization of Shale Gas Platform
The shale gas in southern Sichuan has enormous exploration and development potential,and the deep shale gas blocks with abundant resources will become the main areas for shale gas produc-tion during the"14th Five-Year Plan"period.With the continuous and rapid large-scale production of shale gas fields in southern Sichuan,in the practical application of the standardized system of shale gas fields,it gradually reflects some problems:easy damage of wellhead throttle valve,high investment of platform equipment,low efficiency of desander,and easy failure in some locations.In order to solve related problems,through fine control of wellhead pressure,change of measurement method,reduc-tion of equipment design pressure,improvement of desander's performance,optimization of pipe fit-tings selection in critical parts,the standardized ground process of shale gas is continuously optimized and simplified,and the precise pressure control at the wellhead and two-phase flow non-separation sand removal metering process is launched.This process can effectively reduce the system failure rate,improve operation stability,reduce ground construction investment,and improve single well EUR,which provides a new idea for the efficient and low-cost development of shale gas.
