D610含H2S天然气集输管道材料选择

四川盆地大庆流转区块主要分布于川中、川东北及西昌盆地,地下天然气储量丰富,基此背景,大庆油田开展合深4区块开发先导试验项目,经前期试采开发分析,工程开采天然气中H2S含量为1.5%,如何选择输送含有H2S的天然气管道材质是保证项目安全平稳运行的关键.目前,国内含硫化氢天然气集输管道集中为D508及以下管径,项目应用的D610管径在以往工程中暂无应用,通过对国内外含H2S天然气输送管道材质选择标准规范归纳总结,分析H2S腐蚀机理,经与国内知名厂家、管材研究所深入调研,项目D610管径输送含H2S天然气集输管道材质选择为抗硫直缝埋弧焊钢管,以此保证管道安全平稳运行,可为国内同类项目提供借鉴.
Selection of Materials for D610 Natural Gas Gathering and Transportation Pipeline Con-taining Hydrogen Sulfide
The Daqing Transfer Blocks in the Sichuan Basin are mainly distributed in central and northeastern Sichuan,as well as the Xichang Basin,with abundant underground natural gas reserves.Based on this background,the pilot test project of the Heshen4 Block development is carried out in Daqing Oilfield.After preliminary trial production and exploitation analysis,the content of hydrogen sulfide in this project is 1.5%.How to choose pipeline materials for transporting natural gas containing hydrogen sulfide is the key to ensuring the safe and stable operation of the project.Currently,natural gas gathering and transportation pipelines containing hydrogen sulfide in China are mainly focused on pipe diameters of D508 and below.The pipe diameter of D610 used in the Heshen4 project has not been applied in previous projects.Through summarizing the selection standards and specifications for H2S-containing natural gas transportation pipeline materials at home and abroad,analyzing the corro-sion mechanism of hydrogen sulfide,and conducting in-depth research with well-known domestic manufacturers and pipe research institutes,the material selection for the D610 diameter natural gas gath-ering and transportation pipeline containing hydrogen sulfide in this project is sulfur-resistant longitudi-nally submerged arc welded steel pipe,to ensure the safe and stable operation of the pipeline and pro-vide reference for similar domestic projects.
