摘要

某超深水气田离心式压缩机作为海上气田天然气外输的主要设备,在2021年投产前未实现过并联联合自动运行控制.超深水气田投产初期外输天然气压缩机采用并联自动控制时,深水气田立管段塞流引起的气田气量短时巨幅波动,并联自动运行的压缩机会频繁出现卸载、超载、并联机组运行冲突,导致外输天然气产品不合格和生产关停.根据超深水气田段塞流情况下气量短时波动的特点,提出了离心式压缩机并联联合自动运行技术.在深度剖析压缩机运行控制保护程序的基础上,通过对转速控制和防喘振控制程序的升级实现了离心式压缩机并联联合自动运行控制,让并联运行的压缩机融合为一体,能够有效地提升短时气量波动下压缩机并联稳定运行.经过近两年的实际运行,验证了该技术的有效性和可靠性,实现海上气田国内首创离心式压缩机并联联合自动运行.

Abstract

As the main equipment of offshore gas field natural gas transmission,the centrifugal com-pressor in an ultra-deepwater gas field has not realized parallel joint automatic operation control before being put into operation in 2021.When parallel automatic control is adopted for compressors in the ini-tial stage of ultra-deepwater gas fields production,the gas field gas volume fluctuates significantly in a short period of time caused by blockage flow in the riser section of the deepwater gas field.The com-pressors operated in parallel with automatic control often encounter unloading,overloading,and con-flicts with the operation of parallel units,resulting in unqualified exported natural gas products and pro-duction shutdowns.A centrifugal compressor parallel joint automatic operation technology is proposed based on the characteristics of short-term fluctuations in gas volume under the condition of blockage flow in ultra-deepwater gas fields.On the basis of an in-depth analysis of the compressor operation con-trol protection program,the parallel joint automatic operation control of the centrifugal compressor is realized by upgrading the speed control and anti-surge control program,so that the parallel running compressors can be integrated into one,which can effectively improve the parallel stable operation of compressors under short-term gas volume fluctuations.After nearly two years of actual operation,the effectiveness and reliability of this technology have been verified,and the first parallel joint automatic operation of centrifugal compressors in offshore gas fields in China has been realized.
