Energy Consumption Analysis and Optimization Research on Condensate Oil Stabiliza-tion Process Based on Reducing Carbon Emissions
In order to improve the energy efficiency level of the condensate oil stabilization process,and reduce its carbon emissions during production and operation,taking the condensate oil stabilization process of a central processing plant in a certain oilfield as the research object,based on the determina-tion of carbon emission source equipment and carbon emission types,HYSYS software is used to ana-lyze the influence of different parameters on carbon emission and condensate oil production.With the minimum total carbon emissions as the objective function,process variable adjustment schemes under various optimization methods are compared.The results show that the source of carbon emission comes from flash steam,non-condensing gas flare combustion emission,and net purchased power emission required by pre-heat exchanger and reboiler.Flash steam carbon emission accounts for most of the total carbon emission.After optimization by sequential quadratic programming method,the condensate oil production is increased by 5.62%,the saturated vapor pressure of condensate oil meets the requirements of product quality,and the total carbon emission is reduced by 4.45% .The research results can provide theoretical basis and practical reference for high efficiency and low carbon operation of oil and gas field enterprises.
