In order to improve the integrity of steel belt reinforced sewage conveying composite pipe in YB Gas Field,a leakage monitoring method is proposed for steel belt reinforced sewage conveying composite pipe.This method determines whether the pipeline is leaking according to the pipe-ground potential step.First,a transmitter is installed on the pipeline,and certain electrical signals are applied to the pipeline and conveying liquid.A receiver is installed at a certain distance on the pipeline to monitor the pipe-ground potential value of the pipeline,which is transmitted to the Internet of Things platform in real-time through 4G,and displayed on the monitoring screen in real-time.This helps to determine whether the pipeline is leaking and determine the leakage interval according to the step of the pipe-ground potential value at the receiver,and send alarm information.Simulation experiment on leakage monitoring of YB Gas Field steel belt reinforced sewage pipeline is carried out using this technology.The result shows that during the simulation of leakage,the voltage of the receiver takes a step and the leakage interval alarm information can be sent.Therefore,the steel belt reinforced sewage composite pipe leakage monitoring method based on the Internet of Things can monitor leakage and give early warning,which has the value of popularization.
