随着开发不断深入,XB油田面临着效益建产难度大,地面集输系统站库老化、低效、高耗等形势,按照油田公司优化简化的总体部署要求,XB油田结合自身特点,着力打造具有XB特色的优化简化模式.通过"水驱利用优存量、水聚合建控增量、系统调整优布局、工艺简化增效益"优化思路,充分挖潜利用A区域内站库剩余能力,接纳新建水驱产能;结合B区产能水聚驱产能交错布置特点,实施水聚驱合并建设;针对C区域站库低效、低负荷问题,优化区域系统布局,优化核减站库;结合D区块大平台建设方式,探索"投产并联+双管环状"集输工艺.在油井增加的前提下,减少转油站建设数量,提升集输系统负荷,控降建设投资,可为后续集输系统优化简化提供指导意见.
Optimization and Adjustment Measures and Effect Analysis of Crude Oil Gathering and Transportation System in XB Oilfield
With the continuous deepening of development,XB Oilfield is facing difficulties in build-ing production efficiency,aging,low efficiency,and high consumption of surface gathering and trans-portation system stations.In accordance with the overall deployment of the oilfield company's optimiza-tion and simplification,XB Oilfield focuses on creating an optimization and simplification model with XB characteristics.Through the optimization concept of"optimal utilization of water flooding,water polymer flooding co-construction and control increment,system adjustment and optimization layout,and process simplification to increase efficiency",the remaining capacity of stations in A Area is fully tapped,and new water flooding production capacity is accepted.Combining the characteristics of staggered production capacity layout of water polymer flooding in B Area,the co-construction of wa-ter polymer flooding is implemented.In response to the problem of low efficiency and low load in C Area,the regional system layout is optimized,and the number of stations is reduced.The"parallel production+double pipe circular"gathering and transportation process is explored for the construction of D Block large platform.On the premise of the increasing of oil wells,the number of oil transfer stations is reduced,the load of the gathering and transportation system is increased,and the construction investment is controlled,which can provide guidance for the optimization and simplification of subsequent gathering and transportation systems.
