Current State and Prospects of Oilfield Solar Heat Utilization Systems
The majority of domestic oilfields heavily rely on heat for production, with Daqing Oilfield alone consuming a total of 3.78×106 tec of energy in 2022.Amidst the dual-carbon context, many oilfields are gradually substituting gas heating furnaces with solar energy in a structured manner to upgrade their heat utilization systems.Nevertheless, the inconsistent energy density of solar energy across day and night,as well as between seasons, complicates the design of crucial elements like heat collection, storage, and utilization within the system's application scenarios.Consequently, investment in solar energy applications in oilfields is significantly higher than in traditional civil settings, hampering its widespread and rapid deployment in oilfields.By analyzing the current state of solar heat utilization systems in oilfields, this study identifies existing issues in their application process.Furthermore, taking into account these challenges and the specific heat demand scenarios of oilfields, the study explores the existing technology for solar heat utilization systems in oilfields and their potential applications, providing valuable insights for future large-scale promotion of solar heat utilization technology.
