With the continuous development of solar energy utilization technology,the application of solar energy in the field of oil and gas fields is gradually expanding.Through the cost analysis of solar energy utilization and the study of its application examples in the oil and gas fields,it is known that the development and utilization of solar energy in the field of oil and gas fields have good economic advantages.By exploring and analyzing the existing solar energy utilization technologies in domestic and foreign oil and gas fields,the application of solar energy in oil and gas fields is mainly reflected in two aspects:photothermal application and optoelectronic application,or a combination of the two.Tahe Oilfield and Yanchang Oilfield utilize solar power generation in remote areas to independently supply power consumption equipment for oil and gas fields,saving investment in building power grids.Daqing Oilfield utilizes grid connection with solar power generation to improve the economic benefits of the oilfield.Venezuela,Liaohe Xing56 Oil Production Plant,Dagang Oilfield,and other oilfields utilize the photothermal effect of solar energy to apply in heavy oil export heating,wellhead liquid heating,crude oil heating,and station heating.Through the analysis of solar photocatalytic water splitting for hydrogen production,it is known that although this technology is still in the research stage,it may become a highly promising and green sustainable technology in the future due to its pollution-free characteristics.Actively researching and utilizing solar energy in the oil and gas industry and appropriately innovating and transforming related application technologies will become a new trend and an important pivot for tapping the potential and increasing the efficiency of oil and gas fields.
