Research on the Effect of Reducing Ions on Polymer Adhesion and Prevention Methods
The ASP production block of Xingbei Oilfield is characterized by wide distribution, superimposed development cycle, and relatively difficult water transfer, etc. Therefore, affected by production waste liquid and re-injection of ASP produced water, the content of reducing ions in injected water is high, and the REDOX reaction process of reducing ions produces strong oxidizing oxygen free radicals, which has a great impact on polymer viscosity loss.In order to improve the reducing influence of dilution water quality and improve development effect,by studying the relationship between the reducing ion content and polymer viscosity,it is clarified that the reducing ion content index of polymer flooding water quality should be lower than 1.0 mg/L.Besides,the application effects of different oxygen aeration processes are compared according to the control methods of reducing ions, and the process combination with forced oxygen aeration as the main process and sulfide remover dosing process as the auxiliary process is established. At the same time,in order to prevent the corrosion risk caused by excessive oxygen aeration on the ground system equipment, the relationship between the dissolved oxygen content and the corrosion rate is studied. The results show when the dissolved oxygen content is controlled below 5.5 mg/L,the corrosion rate can be kept below the standard of mild corrosion, and the impact on the corrosion of the ground equipment pipeline is small. It has a certain reference significance for the treatment of viscosity loss under the development mode of oilfield polymer flooding.
