质量功能展开(QFD)在智能气田建设质量提升中的应用研究

随着数字化、网络化、信息化技术的不断深入发展,我国各大油气田企业加强了对智能气田的研究.为了有效提升智能气田建设质量,该研究基于质量功能展开(QFD)方法提出了一套智能气田建设质量控制体系.具体包括客户需求获取与分析、质量特性分析、客户需求—质量特性相关关系矩阵构建、智能气田质量特性重要度排序,并依据智能气田的关键质量特性提出质量提升改进方案.该文创新点在于探讨了质量功能展开在智能气田建设质量管理中的应用,同时基于层次分析法确定客户需求重要度,研究表明:智能气田质量控制重点包括信息系统的可靠性,信息系统加工数据的准确性,以及信息系统的先进性.根据客户需求、质量特性重要度排序,神木气田采用智能化建设质量改进方案,既满足了客户需求,又提升了智能气田质量水平,同时,为今后油气田类似工程提供一定的参考与借鉴.
Research on the Application of Quality Function Deployment(QFD)in Improving the Quality of Intelligent Gas Field Construction
With the continuous development of digitalization,networking,and information technology,major oil and gas field enterprises in China have strengthened their research on intelligent gas fields.In order to effectively enhance the construction quality of intelligent gas fields,an intelligent gas field construction quality control system is put forward on the basis of Quality Function Deployment(QFD).Specifically,it covers customer requirement acquisition and analysis,quality characteristic analysis,the building of customer requirement-quality characteristic correlation matrix,and importance ranking of intelligent gas field quality characteristics.And a quality improvement scheme is ultimately developed by considering the key quality characteristics of intelligent gas fields.The innovation of this paper is to discuss the application of Quality Function Deployment(QFD)in the quality management of intelligent gas field construction,and determine the importance of customer demand based on the analytic hierarchy process.The research shows that the key points of intelligent gas field quality control include the reliability of the information system,the accuracy of the processing data of the information system,and the progressiveness of the information system.Based on customer needs and the importance of quality characteristics,a quality improvement plan for the intelligent construction of Shenmu Gas Field has been adopted,which not only meets customer needs but also enhances the quality level of the intelligent gas field.At the same time,it provides a certain reference and inspiration for similar projects in oil and gas fields in the future.
