短波衰减法原油含水率测量研究

由于传统的原油含水率检测方法对高杂质原油含水率的检测效果不理想,为了解决此问题,可以选择将电能以电磁波的形式辐射到混合介质中,分析油、水及其他介质对短波吸收能力的差异,进而实现高杂质原油含水率的检测.通过蒸馏法、密度法、短波衰减法三种方法对比实验,详细分析了短波衰减法的在线测量原理,推导频率的选取与含水率之间的关系,设计了基于短波衰减法在线原理的原油含水率测量结构.结果表明:短波衰减法的接收信号稳定,可实现 40%~100%高杂质含水率的测量,稳定性好,测量非线性误差小于 6%.根据研究结果,有望将短波衰减法应用于高杂质原油含水率的在线检测中.
Research on Short Wave Attenuation Method for Measuring Water Content in Crude Oil
The traditional method for detecting the water content of crude oil is not satisfactory for detecting the water content of crude oil with high impurities.In order to solve this problem,it is possible to radiate electrical energy in the form of electromagnetic waves into the mixed medium,analyze the differences in short wave absorption ability of oil,water,and other media,and thus achieve the detection of high impurity crude oil water content.Through the comparison experiment of distillation method,density method,and short-wave attenuation method,the on-line measurement principle of the short-wave attenuation method is analyzed in detail,and the relationship between frequency selection and water content is deduced.The measurement structure of crude oil water content based on the on-line principle of short-wave attenuation method is designed,and the results show that the received signal of the short-wave attenuation method is stable,the measurement of high impurity water content of 40%~100%can be achieved with good stability,and the measurement nonlinear error is less than 6%.According to the research results,the short-wave attenuation method is expected to be applied to the on-line measurement of the water content of crude oil high impurities.
