高精滤含油污水处理工艺在大庆外围油田的应用分析

近几年,大庆西部外围油田加快了非常规油的开发,联合站接收油品成分复杂,造成后续含油污水处理难度加大,常规过滤适应性差、滤料污染严重、再生能力差等问题严重影响水质综合达标率.为此,大庆外围油田试验采用"预处理+高精滤"处理工艺,该流程处理工艺简化,滤料的过滤精度更高,滤料的再生能力强,对复杂产液的适应性更好.大庆油田通过持续优化处理工艺,对设备构造进行改进,不断优化调整运行参数,结合气水反冲洗及加药体系优化,在污水处理站推广应用.该处理工艺对污水中含油及悬浮物含量的去除率达到90%以上,取得了较好的处理效果.
Application Analysis of High Precision Filtration Oil-containing Wastewater Treatment Process in Daqing Peripheral Oilfield
In recent years,the peripheral oilfields in western Daqing have accelerated the development of unconventional oil,and the complex composition of oil received by the joint station has increased the difficulty of subsequent oily wastewater treatment.The poor adaptability of conventional filtration,severe pollution of filter media,and poor regeneration capacity seriously affect the comprehensive water quality compliance rate.For this reason,the experimental application of the"pretreatment+high-precision filtration"treatment process in the peripheral oilfields of Daqing simplifies the treatment process,improves the filtration accuracy of the filter material,enhances the regeneration ability of the filter material,and has better adaptability to complex liquid production.Daqing Oilfield has continuously optimized the treatment process,improved the equipment structure,continuously optimized and adjusted the operating parameters,combined with gas-water backwashing and dosing system optimization,and promoted its application in sewage treatment stations.This treatment process has achieved a removal rate of over 90%for oil and suspended solids content in sewage,and has achieved good treatment results.
