A Preliminary Analysis of the Construction of an Environmental Protection"Three Simultaneous"Information System for Long-distance Pipeline Projects
Long-distance pipelines, characterized by their extensive routes, complex environmental conditions along the line, and involvement in numerous environmentally sensitive areas, face multiple challenges in environmental protection"three simultaneous"management due to factors like construction periods, local planning, and urban development during the initial and construction phases. This paper analyzes the current state of environmental protection"three simultaneous"management in long-distance pipeline projects, highlighting issues such as incomplete functionality and extensive management models. It proposes optimization schemes for improving the existing information system's document management and measure implementation. These suggestions aim to enhance the level of corporate environmental protection"three simultaneous"management and provide useful references for the informatization construction of environmental management in domestic long-distance pipeline projects.
