Exploration and Prospect of Hazardous Waste Informatization Management and Control in Petroleum and Petrochemical Enterprises
Since the amendment of"Law of the People's Republic of China on the Prevention and Control of Environmental Pollution by Solid Waste",the state has continued to promote the capacity building of the whole-process informatization management and control for hazardous waste,and petroleum and petrochemical enterprises first established an the whole process informatization management platform which could strictly supervise for hazardous waste.The application of new technologies such as networking and cloud computing provide a new opportunities for the improvement and optimization of the whole-process informatization management for hazardous wastes.Based on the informatization management and control level of hazardous waste in petroleum and petrochemical enterprises,this paper investigated a new model of the whole-process informatization management and control,and put forward the prospect of the whole-process informatization supervision and control for hazardous waste,and promoted the upgrading of informatization software and hardware for hazardous waste,and improved the ability of big data analysis and mining for hazardous waste,and established the management system of corresponding supporting information,and further improved the system of informatization supervision and control for hazardous waste.
