Countermeasures on the Flood Disaster Prevention and Control,Disposal and Restoration in Oilfield Enterprises
Oilfield enterprises have a wide distribution in operation area and,and face many types of natural disasters with high risks,among which flood disaster is the one of the more typical one.As the most common type of natural disaster,flood disaster has the most serious impact on the production facilities and operation sites of oilfield enterprises,and the secondary disasters caused could bring a series of environmental pollution and property losses.In this paper,the common flood disaster types and disaster characteristics of oilfield enterprises were summarized.And combined with the actual situation of oilfield enterprises,how to do a good job in flood disaster prevention and control and in disaster response and disposal were studied starting from important production facilities and important operating sites.The emergency requirements for enterprise flooding control were put forward,so as to recovery operations and production as soon as possible after the disaster.
