The article analyzes the causes and impact mechanisms of tank oil spill accidents,constructing a tank oil spill risk model from aspects such as spill frequency,environmental receptor impacts of water-involved oilfield tank spills,consequences of tank oil spill leaks,and tank oil spill risk levels.The model is validated through practical computational examples.Suggestions are made to proficiently utilize the model,strengthen foundational information for system management,enhance personnel training to improve safety awareness,and reinforce tank oil spill risk management.By assessing potential risks,the article aims to assist water-involved oilfield enterprises,port terminals,maritime departments,and emergency response agencies in implementing corresponding risk control measures,reducing the likelihood of accidents,enhancing safety management levels,and protecting the ecological environment.
